Run DENOISE on a modern Mac (Big Sur)

DENOISE projects 2 elements has twice been offered on Giveaway of the Day as (Win/Mac). However, it appears that the Mac version does not install on modern versions of the Mac OS (I run Big Sur). The program page states that the plug-in functionality does not work on Catalina, and we have had Big Sur and Monterey since then.

It appears that there is a permissions issue (which figures: Mac OS permissions were tightened up with the move to Catalina).

So ... it would be nice to have a Mac version which works on modern Mac machines.
